Floyd Landis, the driver who is more known for his doping case, ultimately decided to retire from professional racing. Landis said the battle to improve the image of himself in a professional bike race is "not his fight".
Landis told ESPN on Monday night that he had
spend approximately five years to improve the image of himself, until he felt more harm than the positive results of the effort.
Floyd Landis became the champion of the Tour de France in 2006, but then the prestigious title on the pro bike racing in the off, because he tested positive for synthetic testosterone doping.
